Error Message: The memory can not be read

I have this message on many computer with many software.
With windows 2000 SP2 or SP3 or SP4 ans office 2000 SP2.

With windows 2000 and office 97, the correctif is Service
pack 3 for office but, I don't know

Can you help me.

Exactly what product are you getting this error for. I've found an issue
logged, this happens when you use the Find feature. Check it out here:
