Error message "This operation has been canceled due to restriction

I keep receiving an error when I try to open a hyperlink in an email
message.This operation has been canceled due to restridctions in effect on
this computer. Does anyone know a solution?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
