error message trying to do a mil log

I am trying to do our mail log and I keep getting this pop up when I double
click the icon on the desk top.

Error message reads:
Your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a missing or
broken reference to the file "utility.mda" to ensure that your database or
project works properly, you must fix this reference.

when i click on ok i then get a Microsoft Visual Basic error message saying:
compile error:
can't find project or library

Any suggestions????

Open any code window and go to:

Tools >>> References

and use the browse button to find the file. Utility.mda is usually in:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\

folder.
