Error Message: Unable to convert Text

P

Pastor Hank

Using Frontpage 2003, I just started getting the error message Unable to
convert Text....naming the file html32.cnv as the file the program is unable
to run.

I went to the knowledge base and followed the instructions on disabling,
removing and deleting the filter and conversions file, I reinstalled the
filters and conversion tools and still get the error. Does anyone have any
ideas on what else could be causing this problem.

I'm running XP Pro with SP2, the error just started yesterday and I haven't
installed any new software since I last used it without any problem....

Thank you

Besides "Using FrontPage 2003," what were you attempting to do when this
happened?

Paste it into an empty Notepad file first.
Then copy it from Notepad and paste it into the page.

Thanks for the idea, but I was able to fix the problem, found out that if I
uninstalled the converters, deleted the folders, ran registry mechanic to
clean out the registry, rebooted the computer and then reinstalled the
converters and things went back to normal.

Then you'd totally HATE my method for "fixing" SBA 2006's credit card
clearing/ passport authentication stuff, LOL:
