Error message upon trying to open a form...

Can anyone help me trouble-shoot this error? It's quite urgent!

Form template:
http://connect.staubach.com/C10/C18.../Market Level Action Plans/Forms/template.xsn
InfoPath cannot open the following view: MainView
The XSL transform for the View XSL failed.

Namespace 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/xslt/extension'
does not contain function 'DueDate'.

Hi Janie,

You probably tried to use xdExtension, right? Try to remove it to see if
you can open the form.
