Error Message...What does it mean?

Recently, as I go to save or publish a certain form, I get
the following message: "Form library column information
could not be saved. After completing the publishing
wizard, click Save on the file menu to try again. If this
error persists, please contact your network administrator".

This is creating a major problem for me, as I need to add
some additional columns to permit construction of some
required views into the form libary.

Why does this message appear on one form, but not all?
What can be done to 'fix' the referenced problem?

To 'fix' it, "click Save on the file menu to try again". Does it keep
happening when you do that?

(No I have no clue why this happens, perhaps someone from Microsoft can
answer.)
