error message when accessing business contact manager home page

Raul in Pembroke Pines, FL

I receive the following message when accessing the home page of the business
contact manager:
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again." When I click OK it reappears constantly and I
cannot find any solution nor I can use BCM. I tried reinstalling Outlook and
all the procedures in the help, nothing worked. Anyone have any solution to
this? I need a stand alone CRM that will not cost me a fortune, I even tried
ACT and it is a pain...
Please help.
