Error message when accessing Office programs or My Documents on SB

Hi,

Ever since downgrading from a trial version of Office 2007 to Office 2003, I
am getting error messages when trying to access my small business server
programs. Sometimes I can access them and other times I cannot!
The error message I receive is "filepath is not accessible. You might not
have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of
this server to find out if you have access permissions. Insufficient system
resources exist to complete the requested service."

I hope someone can help me fix this.
