Error Message when accessing Visual Basic Help in Excel

I create an Excel XP document, I go to tools, Macros, and
Visual Basic Editor. I go to the Visual Basic Help, to get
information on "VAL Function". When I click on the samples
Argument and/or string, I get the following error
message: "Object doesnt support this propery or method".
Can anyone tell me why I get this error.

I had a similar problem, I believe the title was 'Runtime Error'. I resolved
my problem by installing patch Q811630, labelled as 'Enabling Applications
to Access HTML Help in a New, Restricted Mode'. Find it here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2a086526-ae89-4cb3-
a819-e6da160f2e66&DisplayLang=en assuming you're running Windows XP, or run
Windows Update. Hope this helps!
