I have not been able to insert files as printouts since I installed Office
2007. It tells me the printer driver is not installed properly. When I tried
to Add a Printer via the Control Panel I selected "Create New Port" and chose
from the dropdown "Send to MS OneNote Monitor". When I pressed "Continue" I
received the following error message:
"Specified port cannot be added. Operation could not be completed. (error
0x00000002)."
I cannot find any info on this error message and I am wondering if this
could be part of the issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix
this? Perhaps there is a conflict with another program or printer driver. I
do not have an option for OneNote when I try to print anything.
