Error message When I insert an image and exit OneNote

When I insert an image from a file and exit OneNote,

there is an error report like this:

*** But when I turn off xp themes and use "Windows

Classic", the error messages disappears.

Is there anyone has the same problem or knows how to

fix this ?

( I'm using win xp Pro with all updates.)
