Error message when installing runtime access app

I get the following error message when I try to install a runtime access 2002
ap onto some newer versions of XP.

The office system pack cannot be installed on this system because it
requires Windows NT 4.0 service pack 6 or later

Searching for the exact message I see articles that tell me to delete a file
reference and "recreate" the package. But I only have the install disk. How
can I get the program to install using the install disk I already have?

Same here and I cannot find any resources on the web (Microsoft online or
otherwise) to help out. I see this problem posted, but not answered.

Tim, from another newsgroup, pointed me in the direction of KB837150 (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;837150 ) which seems
to offer the solution.

I also found this link on another discussion board. I tried it and it didn't
work. More specifically, my problem is that I created the db on a Win XP Pro
SP2 machine and sold it to someone using a Win XP Home SP2 and he is getting
the error. I will try this again, but I would love some further direction if
you have it. THANKS!
