Error Message when installing updates

I am receiving the following error message when I try to download/install
Office updates. I am using Outlook 2007 and Excel 2003 & Word 2003. Is there
a conflict operating different version of office software not allowing me to
us Microsoft Updates? The error message is 0x8007066F ,

Complete error message please including Windows Version and SP and Office versions
for 2003 and 2007 and SP's if any

Complete Error Message - 0x8007066F, Try to install update again (have) or
request help!! Same error message for all 3 updates.
OS-Windows XP Home Edition Ver 2002 Service Pack 3
Excel 2003 & Word 2003 SP3, Part of Office Basic Edition 2003
Outlook 2007 SP1 MSO

Have you tried Office Updates. What happens. Havre you tried closing your AV and
Security programs from scanning while you are downloading
