Error Message when Installing

Hi, I have try to install Business Contact Manager several times on my
computer. Every time I get the same problem. When I open up Outlook and go
to press the install button for BCM i get 'Database Creation has failed'.
Does anybody know what this means and how to fix it? (I have also fully
uninstalled Office twice and unistalled BCM 5 times, everytime it is the same
thing)

Hi Matt,

Please make sure the logged in user is a member of BCM Users group.

I just posted to same question and this answer is difficult to follow - can
you elaborate please?

I'm getting the same error and have added the logged on user to the BCMusers
group with no change. Could this be a data based issue, e.g. does BCM use
SQL Svr, therefore sp3a needs installing?
