I am at a loss as to what to tell you at this point. I hesitate to have
you rebuild your profile, as this may be an exercise in futility, but
it may help. Another possible solution, uninstall the Calendar
Printing Assistant and reinstall using the download on Microsoft.

It could be that your registry has just simply gotten stomped and
you may need to rebuild your actual Vista profile. This would be
another possible solution, that may or may not work. I would hate
to have you start trying a bunch of possible solutions that are just
simply guesses.
I would suggest that perhaps it is time to ask Microsoft if they are
aware of any issues that involve one of your programs and the
Printing Assistant.
If you have any other addin's, perhaps that are accessing the
MAPI32.dll at the same time as Outlook 2007 Printing Assistant
and just plain 'ol aren't sharing nicely.

I do not use Exchange Server.
I installed Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 Upgraded Version with the
help of Microsoft support when I purchased the software in June. It is
registered and activated.
I downloaded Calendar Printing Assistant and installed it as administrator.
I just following the installation instruction, so I guess it's the default
setting.
