Error message when opening Outlook related to reminders

I have a user who is getting the following error message every time Outlook
is opened. "There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some
reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence information for this
appointment".
I have run /cleanreminders and /resetfolders with no change.

Any ideas?
