Error Message when opening Project from Project Center

We are recving the following error when trying to open a project from Project
Center. (when opening the project for editing in project professional)

The first pop is :

Could not access Enterprise Global

Second Popup

Project can not be fully opened because it is awaiting input ....

Please advise
