error message when opening word 2002

when I open word 2002 I get the followng message:

'The document D2K2.DOT caused a serious error the last
time it was opened. Would you like to continue to open it?
ok/cancel

Word cannot open the document c:\programfiles...WFWRDEK2.


How can I fix this eror message.

It seems you have at least one Word add-in that is broken or incompatible.
Remove D2K2.DOT from the Word or Office startup folder:
:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\Startup
or
:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Startup
If you use Explorer to search for WFWRDEK2 you may be able to glean more
information about it, from the application it is filed with.
