Error message when printing from Outlook 2003

I have a user that receives the following error message when printing from
Outlook 2003:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 639
Char: 1
Error: Invalid argument
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? y/n

I tried a solution I found on a different forum, but it did not solve the
problem. Here is what I tried:

This behavior occurs if the Ole32.dll file that is located in the
%Windir%\System32 folder is not registered correctly in the registry.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, register the Ole32.dll file. To do this, follow
these steps: 1. Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the
Open box, and then click OK:
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
2. In the RegSvr32 dialog box, click OK.

Can you offer a different solution for this problem?

Thank you very much for your time.

When printing all emails or just html?
If it's only html then updating the IE script engine might help.

Thank you , BillR. How would I do that? Is there a different forum in which
I may find instructions?

That solution applies to IE 5.0 and 5.5 and Windows 98, 95 and ME. Is there
one that is compatible with XP and IE 6?

Oh, it applies to IE6 also, they just haven't updated the article to reflect
it; the issue is usually due to a problem with IEPEERS.DLL See if these

Thank you very much, Hal. The suggestions to enter "regsvr32 iepeers.dll"
into the run box has solved my problem!

I am very grateful.
