error message when publishing my web

[Lost in FP]

I am trying to publish my web and after FP has loaded a couple of files or
pictures the window showing the progress will say "processing web updates"
and then I immediately get a FP error message that reads: "An error occurred
accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors -- if authoring against a web
server, contact the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters -- please
see the server's system log for more details."

Any ideas on what the problem is? Any help is appreciated.

I checked out the "how to's" on the link, but I'm not quite sure how this
applies to my problem, which isn't realted to email. Also, the FP extensions
have been enabled by my ISP.

Contact your web host and ask then to run a check on the extensions and/or check the permission for
your account.

PS
That error can occur if you are trying to publish files larger than 1 MB or if your site has any thumbs.db within it
