error message when right click send to in outlook

If I right click and use the "send to" menu to email a file, the first time
everything goes through fine. If I then try to send a second file(s), I get
the email window, but when I click of the "To" button to select an address, I
get the following errror:

(in the title bar of the error window)
WMS ST Notif Window 0000007F0 00000818:explorer.exe Application Error

(in the box itself)

The instruction at "0x397103fb" referenced memory at "0x04000065". The
memory could not be "read".

I then have to shut everything down and restart Outlook. I can always send
the first message, but no the second.

Windows 2000 and Office 2003, with all updates installed.

Any ideas?

I've got all the latest updates to Win2000 and to Outlook.

Also, I'm not 100% sure that the item applies. The item discusses log on
proceedure, and not email.

Thank you anyway.
