Error message when saving

I am posting on behalf of one of my coworkers. Whenever
she saves after editing a document she gets the error
message "Word could not fire the event". She then is
unable to save the document. She has tried closing out of
Word then getting back in and she has tried restarting the
computer. She keeps loosing her changes and its getting to
be a pain in the neck. Any ideas what this error message
means?? I've never seen it before.

I tried the first three methods of resolutions found on
the support.microsoft.com website re this issue and they
did not resolve it. IT isn't a network permission option.
The computer is using 25% of its 40 Gig hard drive, has
384 MB RAM and I Renamed & Reinstalled the Vbe6.dll file
and after all of that we still get the error
message...this is preventing the coworker from getting
much of her work done. ANY help is appreciated.
Please repond to my e-mail if you can (its legit), it
would take a miracle for me find my post again to see any
responses.
