Error message when sending Meeting Invites

When someone is sending my Director a meeting invite on Outlook 2007, the
sender receives an error message regarding a person who no longer works here,
but had access to my Director's calendar when she did. Our tech people says
this is a "glitch" and can't figure out if the problem is on our end or with
Microsoft Outlook.

The Director needs to go remove the person who he has set up as a delegate.
