Error Message When Sending PDF files in Outlook 2007 using VISTA

S

Steve Bond

When the recipient recieves a PDF file attached to an outlook email, the
following error message displays: An unrecognised token "TTE" was found.

When the recipient clicks ok, the error message closes and a blank page
displays.

When the same attachment is sent via yahoo email, the PDF file opens and
displays content, as expected.

Please let me know what I can do to remedy this issue.

I understand that the PDF is currupt when it goes through Outlook, however,
it is not currupt when sent through Yahoo! mail.

My question is: Do you know how to remedy this issue?

Thank you!

You'll need to either zip it or figure out why its being corrupted and
address the issue - antivirus scanners will do it. Disable antivirus
integration in outlook.

Using the file, send as pdf menu may do it - save to the hard drive and
attach instead.

The files in question are all saved on the hard drive they were created using
a quicken PDF printer, the files can be opened from the hard drive and they
appear normally. I have tried turning off the anti virus and that didn't work.
