Error Message when starting MS Word 2000

[OE]

I get the following error message: the program has
performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.

details...Winword caused an ivalid page fault in module
WINWORD.EXE at 017f:303e4bd...

I tried the Resolution for MSO.dll and Winword.exe...did
not work???
