Error message when starting Outlook 2002 Sp2 : Could not install C

Outlook Error message appears after starting Outlook 2002 SP 2:

"Could not install call Button."

Did anybody have a solution for this ?

Disable the add-in that adds this "call button" or uninstall/reinstall the
software.

Hi Robert,
i uninstalled outlook and reinstalled it.
I installed no add-ins and the error message is the same like before :

fCTIOutlook: ( window header )
"Could not install Call Button."
