Error message, when trying to open a dxf file in Visio 2000

I'm getting a "Application Error: The Instructions at "0x7343d59c" referenced
memory at "0x01dfa4e". The memory could not be "read."" message, when I
attempt to open a DXF file in Visio.
Anybody seen this?
