Error message while installing MS Project Server 2003

I'm getting the following error while installing:

"Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly
component {303994BA-6487-47AE-AF1D-7AF6088EEDB}. HRESULT: 0x80070091"

Anyone have any idea on what this means?

You were installing what on where and how?

I was installing MS Project Server 2003
on a Windows2003 Server with SPxx
and got through yyy then zzz happened
and I got this error.
