Error message while trying to activate full version of all MO prod

I purchased a computer back in march and couldn't locate the product key so I
downloaded the trial version for all Microsoft Office products. During the
time that I was using the trial version, I found the product key but never
remembered to activate the full product. When the trial version expired (July
31), I was prompted to convert to the full version. The Activation Wizard
pops up and says "Click convert to begin the conversion process now." When I
click the CONVERT button, a setup error messages pops up saying "The setup
controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review the log
files for further information on the error." I need to know how to fix this
very soon because I use all of the Microsoft Office products alot.
