Error message while trying to import Excel infomation to Outlook

Keep getting error message while trying to export from Excel to Outlook.
Error says "Microsoft outlook has encountered a problem and needs to shut
down etc.." I was able to get the Business names to transfer over, but
nothing else will go. Do I need to send them all at once?
