error message while working on Word 2002 document

The error message: "Microsoft Word Has Encountered a
Problem and Needs to Close" has come up while I am working
on my master document. It happens while I scroll down to
view my document. It also happens on different computers.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Please email me directly
if anyone else has this problem or a solution! Thanks!
