Error message with BCM

When i try to access my contacts, i get the following message:

This action cannot be completed because BCM cannot access the database.
Cannot open MSSmallBusiness requested by the login. Login Failed for...then
it give my computer name and user id.

I have tried trouble shooting through the help solutions, but it doesn't
seem to give me the answer i need to fix the problem.

Typically this happens because the sql server MSSMLBIZ windows service
has stopped.
