Error message with MS Office 2207

I just got a new computer with Windows Vista and in trying to install MS
office I get the following error message: "Setup cannot find
Proofing.en.us/Proof.fr/Proof.cab
I saw someone fixed this, but they had XP and their solution didn't work for
me. Has anyone with Vista been able to solve this?

No, nothing is set in French.
