Error Message with Office 2007 Download

Ivan Vendrova

Well, I've already got Office 2007, but my friend has 2000 and wants to get
the 60-day trial.
When he (And I) enter our information after clicking 'Download Office
2007', we get an error message saying 'you cannot submit an order because you
have nothing added to your shopping cart'. Is this an error, or am I required
to actually add Office 2007to my shopping cart before applying to the free
trial?

Thank you!

Did you download the free trial and convert?

Hi Ivan,

If you go to http://trymicrosoftoffice.com do you have cookies enabled and does the country in the drop down on the 'Your
information' page include the area you're in?

If on the 'Your Information' page if you choose 'Edit Account' is that your information?

Adding the trial to the cart should show you a zero dollar value at checkout, if not you can cancel out.
