error message: "word cannot save or create this file..."

"word cannot save or create this file. Make sure that the disk you want to
save the file on is not full, write-protected, or damaged. (crogram
Files\...\Normal.dotm)

I get this message everytime I shut down Word 2007 - even when I don't want
to save anything.

I am getting this message when I start or close Word 2003 running on Windows
Vista. I have tried many solutions - no progress yet.

The document referred to in post 3 wasn't helpful. Eventually I tried
resetting all security permissions to "full" at a level above the templates
directory. That solved the problem.
