Error message

I am currently having problems with a standard web site
that is not using FrontPage extensions. When trying to
upload my web site with FrontPage via FTP I get the error
message "An unknown WinINet error has occured (code 12111)"
This message occurs as soon as FPage attempts to connect
to the web site after it has listed the web on my PC. My
ISP has checked and checked again and says there are no
problems at their end. They tell me that they are able to
connect to this site using FPage. I am able to use FPage
to FTP to other sites so why should this one be any
different?

Can anyone advise me please.

What kind of Firewall are you using if any locally? What kind of anti-virus
software?

I am using Mcafee for both. VirusScan and Personal
Firewall. Both are online and automatically updated.
