error message

I just began using Powerpoint in the XP mode. I recently
began a new presentation and I went to view it in the
slide show mode. Upon trying to move to the next slide an
error message popped up saying " Powerpoint couldn't
create a hyperlink". I have never seen that before in
using Powerpoint 2000 or other version. Any help out
there. Thanks in advance!
