Error Message

I get the following error message when I try to send an email in Outlook
(I'm using Outlook 2002):
'Microsoft Outlook could not sign or encrypt this message because you have
no certificate which can be used to send from the email address
(e-mail address removed)'. What's my problem? Please reply to (e-mail address removed).

Hi Robert,

CAUSE
This behavior may occur if the setting to encrypt messages and attachments
has been turned on.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
Start Microsoft Outlook.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Security tab, click to clear the Encrypt contents and attachments
for outgoing messages check box, and then click OK.

Mr Prakash - I could not reply to your email. TheEncrypt contents was
already turned off, but now all is fine, thanks.
