error message

I receive the following error message several times during
the day:
Unable to update public free/busy data. The contents of
this public folder are currently unavailable. Either the
Microsoft Exchange Server computer servicing this public
folder is down or the public folder has not been
replicated to this site.

I have tried using the command switch /clearfreebusy, but
I receive a message saying "Unable to clean your free/busy
information on the server".

Any suggestions?
