Each time I try to open a presentation from a CD (created
on another computer) I get the following error
message: "pure virtual function called," the top of the
dialogue box reads: hpbf3020.drv
Can anyone tell me how to eliminate the message and open
the presentation? Any help would be appreciated!

I believe this is an HP printer problem, and AFAIK, there is a fix when you
update, and install the latest printer drivers.
