Error Message

Whenever I open Outlook 2003 I get the following error message ' The addin
"DCCEXT32.DLL" could not be located. The problem may be resolved by using
Detect and Repair on the help menu' I tried that, it didn't help. I
reinstalled Outlook 2003, it didn't help either. Any help to solve this
problem will be appreciated. Thanks
