Hi,

I use Windows 2000 Professional and office outlook 2003 and active sync 4.5
recently when i tried to snyc my verizon cell phone with outlook and error
message came up that says,

Cannot synchronize with the outlook profile you are using, because a
different profile was previously set up or the profile is password-protected.
Please open using the appropriate profile. Support Code- 8503001f
