Error message

I have recently cleaned up some ones computer full of junk software. When
that person now opens outlook 2003 the get this message "C: Documents and
Settings\jwyant\Application
Data\Microsoft\Add-ins\C:WINDOWS\system32\cabget.dll' is not a valid Office
add-in." I have ran the office repair tool and uninstalled and reinstalled
office 2003 with no success. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try deleting the (hidden) file
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Extend.dat
