I have a user who is getting the error message:
"The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available.
Contact your administrator if this condition persists."
she is unable to access her personal folders that are stored on a server. I
checked her permissions in AD and also had the Systems Mgr to check her
permissions on there server. Also I had her disconnect and connect the drive
mapping to the server. I created an Outlook profile and she continues to
have the issue and it's also asking for a password for her personal folders.
Not really sure what to do does anyone have any suggestions?
