Error Message

Every time I go to open Outlook Express a Error Message appears just before
OE opens.
The following appears
Error deleteing Files and Folders, Cannot delete NTUSER.dat it is being used
by another person or programme.
My OE works just fine after I cancel this annoying message but will re
appear every time I re open Outlook Express
