When trying to connect Project Professional to Project
server the following error message is displayed:
The following file(s) have been blocked by the
administrator: /isapi/pjdbcomm.dll

Try to gain some virtual memory space on the drive of your project server
machine.

Also If you are using MS SQL Server on the server side then it is possible
that your Log file and/or database file for Project Server has reached its
limit.
