If I try to save or after I print I get an error message

WINWORD caused and invalid page fault in module
KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff9db61.

Please Help!!!

You could do one of two things, update your Printer Drivers or Install the
latest Patches and Service Pack for your version of Word.
