error message

I keep getting an error message and it shuts down my word
document. this is the error that I receive
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.8216 ModName:
hpzntp07.dll
ModVer: 2.140.0.0 Offset: 00026403

I cannot currently use my word program at all

The error message is coming from your HP printer driver. Try deleting and
reinstalling the printer (preferably with an updated driver from the HP
site).
