Error Message

I am running on Word 07, and when I go to open one of my existing word files
it gives me an error message it says, "The file "File Name" is not avalible".
This occurs on files that I made with Word 2000 and with Word 07 before the
technical refresh. This problem started occuring after I installed the
technical refresh. Please Help...

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it (but don't disable Norton

Thats all well and good, but I dont have any Symantec products installed on
my system, I use McAfee and I'm still getting that error when I try to open
my old word docs. I have McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 7.1, but the only
Symantec product I own is Partition Magic.

VSE7 and VSE8 are both incompatible with Office 2007 (or Windows Vista). You
can join the VirusScan8.5 beta trial or wait a couple of weeks and VS8.5 is
due for public release.
