whenever I open any program in office I get this message "There is a problem with the dara base. Office might be unable to access the databaseor the data base file might be damaged. Without the data base you might not be able to use the address book and other features......personal information.
To rebuild the data base open MS OFFICE/OFFICE then open MS DATA BASE UTILITY. For more info open the DATABASE UTILITY APPLICATION, and on HELP MENU, click the DATABASE UTILITY HELP.

I do not know how to find. where to find any of the items shown in caps in the previous paragraph. How can I fix this and be rid of this message? Thank you

I do not know how to or where to find ms office

Open your Documents folder and drag the Microsoft User Data folder to your
desktop. Now open any of your Office applications and see if they now work.

Do you use Entourage as your mail client? If yes, then you will need to drag
back your Office 2008 Identity and your Entourage Script Items folder from
the folder you moved to the desktop. Also check the folder for any other
personal data that you might need.

If you are still having problem, move the old Microsoft User Data folder
back and rebuild your database. See directions here:
